In a competition commissioned by the Cadogan Estate and following a full public consultation, the winning design was selected as an innovative synthesis of contemporary and historical, situated adjacent to the grade 2 listed wall in this high profile location.
Eight Versa was appointed as the Energy Specialist and BREEAM Accredited Professional for the refurbishment of 119 Ebury Street – the UK’s first listed building to achieve a BREEAM ‘Outstanding’ rating at design stage.
DC2, Prologis Park Dunstable, is an award-winning 358,000 square foot (33,263 m2) distribution centre owned by Prologis.
Knight’s House, 45-47 Cheval Place, London SW7 is a distinctive new build development by internationally renowned luxury property developer, Finchatton.
Eight Versa’s advice ensured that full Ecology assessment credits were achieved at Ilona Rose House, a mixed-use development in Soho.
