Roshani Mirchandani

Roshani is a Sustainability and Building Performance Analyst at Eight Versa and is part of the building performance team. With a background as an architect, she brings 3 years of project management experience to her role. She holds an M.Arch in Sustainable Environmental Design from The Architectural Association School of Architecture. Her expertise lies in building performance analysis, encompassing dynamic simulation assessments to evaluate various aspects of occupant comfort. This includes factors such as the building arrangement and fabric, overheating, natural light, energy efficiency and thermal comfort. She is also a Construction and Life-Cycle Assessment Specialist certified by One Click LCA.
