Guillermo is a Senior Sustainable Real Estate Consultant working at Eight Versa. With previous experience working in sustainability in the built environment, Guillermo has participated in various projects related to ESG strategy development, B Corp and GRESB reporting, as well as international environmental legislation analysis. He is part of the Environmental Assessment team working primarily on BREEAM In-Use projects, helping clients achieve their sustainability targets by effectively implementing sustainability features in their strategy.
