Felicia Deonarine

Felicia is a Sustainability and Building Performance Analyst at Eight Versa, specializing in energy modelling, building performance optimization, and WELL certification testing. Felicia has completed a BSc in Architecture with a focus on Sustainability from Northeastern University in Boston and a Master’s degree in Health, Wellbeing, and Sustainable Buildings from UCL. Felicia is passionate about designing and delivering low-carbon, sustainable buildings that enhance both environmental and human health. Prior to joining Eight Versa, Felicia gained a range of hands-on experience in the built environment from the construction industry to energy modelling, working with various consultancies on projects focused on BREEAM, planning compliance, and energy performance. Felicia is driven by the belief that the built environment has a powerful role to play in tackling climate change while promoting well-being for occupants.
