Recognised Achievements
PVH’s European headquarters in Amsterdam is home to the brilliant minds of the iconic fashion brands Calvin Klein and Tommy Hilfiger. In order to create a space that was vibrant, diverse and invigorating they targeted LEED certification to deliver a healthy campus. By helping them measure and track building operations such as energy, water and waste we were able to benchmark against buildings all over the world. As we dove deeper into the building’s carbon footprint including the ongoing operations and maintenance emissions, we advised on best practices that also minimised project features that could present risks to occupant health. The PVH Campus achieved the prestigious LEED EBOM Gold certification and were recognised for their commitment to accelerating climate action specifically on energy performance, location and transportation.

WELL Certification FAQs
You might have questions about the WELL certification process. Here we have addressed a few of the typical WELL questions we get asked:
WELL is not actually an acronym. WELL is short for the WELL Building Standard
The WELL Building Standard is a framework for buildings and organisations to deliver impactful spaces that enhance human health and wellbeing. It has been built by the International WELL Building Institute (IWBI) to improve building performance for the benefit of its occupants.
WELL certification operates on a points-based system that considers performance outcomes for various policy, design and operational strategies. With the points achieved, organisations can either achieve Bronze, Silver, Gold or Platinum.
Both certifications focus on health and wellbeing performance for buildings. However, there are slight differences between the two. LEED sways its attention more towards the building itself and includes other environmental factors, however WELL is purely focused on human health.
