Stacey Cougill, Eight Versa
Stacey is a Director at Eight Versa where she leads the ecology and conservation aspects of the business. She has delivered a wide range of sustainability projects of all scales over the last 19 years which includes offsetting using bespoke nature-based solutions. Stacey’s experience includes large complex sustainability developments for the corporate and built environment with a specific focus on ecology and conservation. With an MSc in Conservation Biology and qualifications as a BREEAM Assessor and Suitable Qualified Ecologist (SQE), Stacey’s expertise and technical knowledge allows her to deliver strategic, robust, and tailored solutions for our clients.
Erica Asta, Eight Versa
Erica is an Architect and Senior Sustainability and Health & Wellbeing Consultant, leading and supporting clients through WELL, LEED, and BREEAM certifications and WELL Performance Verification. Erica holds a Master’s in Architecture for Sustainable Design from the Polytechnic of Turin, where she specialized in WELL certification and occupant well-being. With experience across Italy, Portugal, and the UK, Erica has managed diverse projects in residential, office, hospitality, and industrial sectors, consistently integrating forward-thinking sustainability solutions. Erica has vast experience in streamlining processes, improving team efficiency, and achieving sustainability goals. Her approach is defined by organization, clarity, and a passion for creating impactful, sustainable outcomes.
Zoe Ellis-Moore, Spaces to Places
Zoe Ellis-Moore is a leading voice in built environment, known for transforming spaces into vibrant places. Her background includes launching the UK’s first BID and managing assets for Savills, Derwent London, and LandSec. As a Director at JLL, she led European marketing across multiple sectors (Retail & Leisure, Hotels, Industrial & Logistics).
In 2019, Zoe founded Spaces to Places, focusing on the flexible office market. Her team advises on strategy, branding, and marketing supporting clients vary from The Boutique Workplace Company and Flex By Grosvenor to Maidstone and Devon County Council to various landlords and investors.
Olivia Chatten, The Instant Group
Olivia leads Business Development within the Sustainability team at The Instant Group. With over nine years of experience in the flexible workspace sector, she builds strong global partnerships with landlords and operators, helping them achieve Net Zero targets and improve sustainability transparency. Olivia delivers robust, data-driven insights into the environmental performance of buildings, driving measurable impact across portfolios.
She also leads on the development of the WELL Coworking Rating in partnership with the International WELL Building Institute (IWBI) — the first-of-its-kind WELL rating specifically created for flexible workspace operators.
