Knight’s House, 45-47 Cheval Place, London SW7 is a distinctive new build development by internationally renowned luxury property developer, Finchatton. Eight Versa acted as sustainability advisor and assessor on the three apartment project, undertaking energy modelling and ecology services.
With an ambitious sustainability target from the outset, the design team followed a ‘fabric first’ approach so that the fabric energy efficiency of the building, averaged across all dwellings, is less than 48 kWh per square metre per year. The development achieved Code for Sustainable Homes Level 4 and a 34% improvement above Part L 2010 regulations.
