Stephanie Pedrozo

Stephanie is a Sustainability and Building Performance Consultant at Eight Versa, specialising in energy modelling and building performance analysis. With a background in mechanical engineering from the University of Los Andes, Stephanie has experience working on sustainable building projects in Colombia, including LEED, EDGE, Casa Colombia, and WELL certifications. Her expertise includes the review of mechanical, electrical, lighting, and bioclimatic designs to ensure compliance with sustainability standards, and she also has experience in commissioning systems. At Eight Versa, Stephanie specialises in dynamic energy modelling (SAP), thermal comfort studies, daylighting assessments, overheating analysis, and whole life carbon calculations for BREEAM projects. Through simulations and analyses, she helps clients optimise building performance strategies and supports the delivery of energy-efficient, low-carbon solutions.
