Erica is a Senior Consultant within our Health & Wellbeing department, leading clients through the complex landscape of global certifications, including WELL, Fitwel, LEED, BREEAM, and TRUE.

With a Master’s in Architecture for Sustainable Design from the Polytechnic of Turin, alongside LEED AP ID+C, Fitwel Ambassador, ActiveScore, and ModeScore certifications, Erica combines technical rigor with strategic vision. Her expertise spans the UK, Italy, and Portugal, where she manages diverse portfolios across the office, hospitality, and residential sectors. Beyond project-level delivery, Erica provides high-level strategic advisory for multinational companies, implementing “WELL at Scale” across complex EMEA portfolios. An educator at heart, she also leads CPD sessions to empower teams and clients with the practical knowledge needed to deliver measurable sustainability outcomes.
