Andreea is a Sustainability and Environmental Assessment Consultant at Eight Versa, involved in the BREEAM evaluation and certification process. Andreea has great experience in a variety of sectors, including corporate, industrial, retail, education, residential, healthcare and leisure. In addition to the BREEAM certification scheme, Andreea also has extensive knowledge of the Home Quality Mark, LEED and Fitwel schemes and is also a qualified WELL Accredited Professional. Andreea likes working closely with clients and design teams to help them achieve their sustainability targets and ensure that their strategy is aligned with the requirements of the certification scheme.
