Xhensila is a Sustainability and Building Performance Consultant in the Building Performance Analysis and Strategy team. She has experience working in the fields of design and construction with different engineering teams for various residential and non-residential projects. Xhensila is involved in a variety of services such as Design Stage and As-Built Energy Assessments for both domestic (SAP) and commercial (SBEM) buildings, overheating analyses for planning and thermal comfort for BREEAM. Xhensila is passionate about discovering the best passive design measures to improve the environmental performance of buildings for our clients.
