Xhensila Thomollari

Xhensila is a Senior Sustainability and Building Performance Consultant at Eight Versa. With a MSc in Structural Engineering, a Non-Domestic Energy Assessor (NDEA) qualification, and extensive experience in design and construction, Xhensila brings a highly technical and detail-oriented approach to her role. She delivers complex services, including Design Stage and As-Built Energy Assessments for domestic (SAP) and commercial (SBEM) buildings, Overheating analyses for planning, and Thermal comfort assessments for BREEAM. Her expertise also extends to Life Cycle Assessment (LCA), where she evaluates the environmental impact of buildings throughout their entire life cycle, from material extraction to end-of-life disposal.

Xhensila’ s passion lies in investigating and identifying the best passive design measures and low-impact materials to improve the environmental performance of buildings.
