About the Space

Are you looking for a versatile and interactive presentation space? Somewhere spacious and airy with plenty of light and room to work together with guests or colleagues. Then we have the space for you. With a flexible space seating area for 54 people and a state-of-the-art 98″ touch screen display, we can offer you the flexibility to share information for a presentation or an interactive screen letting you collaborate with others during a workshop and team building exercise. Touch screen functionality allows for easy annotation and collaboration, perfect for brainstorming and problem-solving. It includes multiple connections for your devices, with an in-built Android operating system to let you work from cloud files. There will be on site support to help you set up and show you how to utilise the screen to its full potential.

Additional perks of the presentation space include a fitted-out kitchen with plenty of space for taking breaks and socialising. Included in the package is access to our large roof terrace space including outdoor kitchen, seating area and great views of London allow you to wind up or wind down your time with us.

On completion of your booking, you will be asked to provide us with a primary contact who will be added to our guest arrival system. You will be asked to sign in when you arrive on the day and then be introduced to your host. A direct phone number of your host will be provided so that you can contact them when needed. 

You will need to provide a guest list to your host and you will be responsible for your guests, however, your host will be on hand to support with any building access needs. 

Once you have confirmed your booking you will be sent a VAT invoice with a link to complete payment by card. 

We are able to offer a limited number of additional services, these will be covered by additional fees. Completion of any additional service requests will be confirmed 7 days prior to your booking date. 

The space must be vacated and all items brought into the space must be removed by the end time of your booking.  

A member of our staff will be available for the entirety of you booking and someone from our team must be on-site at all times. 

Items that will be available to you: 

  • Outside catering is allowed. 
  • There is a fully fitted kitchen with coffee machine, beer pump, and drinks fridge.
    • Kitchen includes crockery and glassware. 
    • Stocked with dairy and non-dairy milk for coffee and tea. 
    • You can provide your own stock or request this through us during your booking. 
  • There is a roof terrace available for use.
    • Access will need to be arranged and agreed prior to booking.
    • The terrace is not available before 9AM or after 10PM.
  • Please let us know when you book if you have any particular furniture needs.
    • We will contact you for the details prior to confirming your booking.


Some important restrictions you will need to know about: 

  • There is no smoking allowed inside the building or on the roof terrace.
    • There is a designated smoking area outside the front of the building.
  • No glitter or confetti can be used.
  • There is no open flame or frying allowed on site or any cooking that will create a large amount of smoke.
  • A cleaning fee is included in the hourly rate, although guests are expected to leave the space in the same condition as they found it in.
  • Guests must remove any equipment or rentals you bring in, and you should factor this setup and teardown time in your booking hours.
  • No nails, screws, staples or penetrating items should be used on our walls. Any tape or gummed backing materials must be properly removed.

Headline Terms & Conditions*

  • Cleaning is included as part of the booking fee. 
  • The space also includes an office. The entire floor is cleaned by a dedicated cleaner daily. This includes a thorough wipe down of all surfaces.  
  • We will also provide an additional clean both before and after your scheduled arrival. 
  • The toilet facilities are looked after by the building management. These are cleaned three times a day, throughout the day. 
  • Bookings cannot be completed until we have received payment. 
  • Payment must be made no later than 3 working days after the booking is confirmed. 
  • Additional service orders cannot be completed until we have received payment.
  • Additional fees are payable within 24 hours of a confirmed request.
  • The completion of an additional service order will be confirmed on the same day.
  • End of booking is defined as the agreed time that your booking ends, as confirmed when your booking was completed.
  • The teardown time of the space is included within the booking hours and must be completed before the end of booking.
  • Any items not cleared by the end of booking will result in overtime being applicable.
    • As a member of staff will be present during the booking, they will be responsible for confirming that the space has been left in the state outlined in the “Important Information” section.
  • Overtime is defined as any time extended to your booking for the continued use of the space or teardown past the end time of your booking, without prior agreement. 
  • Overtime is billed in 30-minute intervals. 
  • The rate for overtime is 1.5 times the full booking price. 
  • Any damage (which includes, but is not limited to; walls, floors, furniture, etc) will be billed to the credit card used at the time of booking.
  • A description of restrictions and potential damages can be found above in the “Important Information” section of this page.
  • Guests may cancel their booking until 7 days prior to the booking start time and will receive a full refund of the booking fee. 
    • Additional fees will also be fully refunded.
  • Cancellations made between 7 days and 24 hours before the booking start time will receive a 50% refund of the booking fee.
    • Additional fees will be refunded in full for any additional services that have not been confirmed before the cancellation request.
  • Booking cancellations submitted less than 24 hours before the booking start time are not refundable.
